    MBA in HR has better career option and vast diversity in its fields. It also offers decent placements.

    MBA-HR is a better option. HR focuses on maximizing employee performance to meet the employer's strategic objectives. MBA in HR courses will not focus on human resource management topics, but also cover economics, finance, general management, information systems, marketing, organizational behavior, production, operation and decision sciences and strategic management.
