Which MBA specialisation is better?

HR is a good specialization for girls. You can do MBA in HR as it has a lot of scope. There is no field work in HR so it will be suitable for a female candidate.

B.Tech CSE is a good educational qualification to start you career in IT industry or IT department of business enterprises. If she is technical oriented then it will be better to go for a job now and after few years of experience go for MBA based on her understanding and interests of various managem
