For MBA, the best specialisation is Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Finance and many more is available. You have to just choose the right specialisation according to your capability and live upto it. It is a great learning journey, the more you explore and the better you sustain. It is a very right move from your end to do MBA. I suggest HR and Sales and Marketing. That will be the right choice for you. All the best.

I am an engineer and doing my MBA in marketing specializations. Market Research is a field where engineers are recruited. I am pursuing my MBA with Marketing as specialization. Also, SAP and Six Sigma training are provided in campus. The placements have been improving and last year Rs 22.5 LPA was grabbed by one of our seniors.
