I am a mechanical engineering graduate and working in amazon for past 8 months as risk analyst.

    You should pursue as per your interest and grasping power of the subject. If you like dealing with people, then go for HR otherwise go for marketing or retail.
    Operations has a good scope and not many students go for operations. So, I would suggest you to go for operations.

    Yes, you can proceed with MBA. Choose a good college and get into the admission procedures.
