Dear Lakshminarayan, Market is turmoiling for few years and HR is not so called 'profit making' part of the organization so as a initiator, your salary will be very poor and job opportunity is lower or you can choose HR through CAT colleges that can give you a secured job with good in hand salary (check always average in hand salary not CTC/package as these are not your in hand salary, be clever googling it) never get assured by 100% placement assurance as job profile sustainability matters to you and not 100% placement (as there are many bank profile/companies having bulk hire and fire strategy, make a LinkedIn profile to get touch with college alumni of your field to get the exact average scenario, be sure with higher CAT score.
