Which MBA specialization has good scope among HR and marketing?

I would say marketing has more scope than HR. Every startup, domestic, and MNC is always in look for Marketing professionals in India. Growth opportunities are huge in marketing than in HR. The package is also good if you meet the target. Marketing is an exciting job to take up. I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 37 as per the NIRF ranking 2021. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). The best thing about LPU about placement is that they provide placement classes to all the students from the first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from the pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. There are plenty of career opportunities after an MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, and public sector undertakings, in effect, the whole corporate sector offers bright opportunities to management graduates.
