Which MBA specialization is better in terms of career growth and packages between finance and tourism+travel?

Hi Avinash,
Both the courses are totally different and have their own upside and downside. Finance is a core specialisation of MBA and the demand-growth is pretty well for a finance professional if you can do your MBA from a good institute. On the other hand, tourism and travel is more like an optional course. Demand is not much here and there's no surety where you'll land up doing this course. So, I'll suggest you to do your own detailed research before taking a decision. -
In simple terms we can say that MBA in finance will provide better job stability, good job options along with better career growth. Travel and tourism is good but it totally depends on various world scenarios like climate, war, peace, economic condition of a country, etc. When the world's economy is at boom then you will have better chances, jobs, etc. You will be fall into depression when the economy drops. MBA in finance is better.

MBA in these two courses are totally apart. For better and bright career options you can choose finance. In India, the scope of career growth is less in travel and tourism.
