Few companies look out for international business, on the upside it is quite lucrative in career prospects. Marketing is mother of MBA and the last resort. You can get roles in advertising, marketing, digital marketing, branding, media planning, account management and sales. -

Both the specialization serve different needs.
MBA in marketing would be best for you if you want to develop your career in marketing. Careers include marketing managers, sales manager, market research analyst, brand manager and so on.
MBA in international business would be apt if you are looking for a career in an international platform. Marketing as such is also required here. Most companies are going global now and looking for diversification. Careers include consultant, finance analyst, marketing managers, general business management, etc.
