    Hi Charan,
    MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
    - Finance.
    - Marketing.
    - Human resources, etc.
    All the specialization fields mentioned above are good to pursue and all offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
    I would suggest that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you may select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.
    As a student you should give your 100% in whichever specialization you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome sala

    It depends on where you want to see yourself after the course. May be engineers do prefer areas such as Systems, Project Management, Operations Management etc, but if you are creative enough Marketing can be a good choice as well. If you feel you are good in man management, then HR is not a bad choice. If you dream to step into banking and finance sector, then Finance can be your option.

    After doing B.E. it is a good decision to opt for MBA. First of your MBA syllabus covers all the core papers and second year is the specialization time.
    Specialization will mainly depend on your interest and kind of job profile you are looking for.
