Which MBA specialization should I opt after B.Com?

See, if you are not very sure of your career path then go for MBA in general in first year and then choose your specilastion in second year.

you can't compare one specialisation with another because they has different different importance and identification in the corporate world.So I recommend that you should be with your own choice skills and interest which can be suitable to you.

MBA in finance will be a better option.
