Which MBA specialization should I opt after BA?

On the first place, it depends on your interest, second thing is know the profile and career prospects of different streams of MBA and in which profile you are much comfortable. Because, you are from arts background, I would suggest you HR.

The subjects are not that much directly relevant to the stream you want to do MBA in. On the first place, it depends on your interest, second thing is know the profile and career prospects of different streams of MBA and in which profile you are much comfortable. Because, you are from arts background, I would suggest you HR. All the best.

You should go for HR. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. Students in an MBA programme with a focus in human resource management can take courses in business strategies and concepts as well as corporate headhunting, benefits analysis, compensation management, and business coaching. Some Good Colleges are: Iims, Xavier's Labour Relations Institute, and Jamshedpur Lovely Professional University, Punjab Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi Management Development Institute, Gurgaon Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai SP Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai Shailesh J. Hi,I have always stressed upon the fact that specialisation should be taken based on interest rather than suggestions. Therefore, take your time and based on your interest you can choose any specialisation. You are eligible for all the specialisations, don’t worry.
