I have completed B.E in Telecommunication with 55% marks and I have 4 years of work experience. I want to pursue Executive MBA.

You are a B.E. (Telecom) Graduate with Four years of experience. So, would suggest you to pursue MBA (Operations Management)
This would take you a long way in the Telecom industry in this current scenario.
