Which MBA specialization should I opt?

As you have good communication skills and you like to interact more with people, HR is a good option for you. You can try to get admission in MICA, Ahmadabad or TISS, Mumbai or XLRI.

Yes, with 5 years of work experience, you can pursue executive MBA.
