There are multiple specializations in MBA such as finance, marketing, human resources, IT, SCM, logistics, operations, systems, general management or sector specific specialization like travel, healthcare, banking, insurance, etc. One must choose MBA specialization based on their interests, educational background, prior job experience and personality, skills and competencies. Individuals with good numerical ability can do well in the field of finance, particularly investment bank. Marketing is suitable for extroverts. People with social skills and empathy are suitable for HR. -
If you are an engineering graduate then you do not need to pursue MBA now. Work for 2 years and then pursue the same through distance mode.
