It depends on individual's interest and other factors like, your field of graduation and your career prospects.
Major disciplines in MBA, you can look for are as follows:
1. Operations: It needs analytical knowledge with fair hands-on mathematics.
2. Finance: It needs basic knowledge of accounting and share, equity, credit-debit transactions.
3. Marketing: It deals with the promotion and advertising strategy to convince the target customers for your product.
4. HR: It requires good communication skills to deal with your team. You need to get the best out of your team and keep them motivated.

There are multiple specializations in MBA such as finance, marketing, human resources, IT, SCM, logistics, operations, systems, general management or sector specific specialisation like travel, healthcare, banking, insurance, etc. One must chose MBA specialisation based on their interests, educational background, prior job experience and personality, skills and competencies. Individuals with good numerical ability can do well in the field of finance particularly investment bank. It can be a good option for you. Marketing is suitable for extroverts.
