All MBA specifications are good . Your choice should be based on Institute specialisation faculty, past placement record, Alumni Network, brand image etc. But major criterion should be your area of interest.

None can be regarded as best. Its about your taste... If by best you mean money fetching then I will be a bit based towards marketing n finance . However, it highly depends from which university did you complete education
