I have completed B.Com in 2011. Since 2012 I have been working.

Hi,
As per your profile since you are working so in that case pursuing distance MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Plus by pursuing distance MBA you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

MBA (Finance) is a good option but if you are in marketing or IT sector then choose accordingly.Regards/
