Currently I am pursuing B.Com and GNIIT software developing. My B.Com final year score is 52%.

One shot you can either go for MBA-IT or MBA-Operations, but actually it depends a lot on your personal preference of subjects, whats your budget, whether you are willing to relocate from your city to join a reputed Business School or some good one in your city etc.
