Which mining engineering college can I get with low fee structure? I have got 5 marks in JEE Main. I am from Maharastra and belong to OBC.

Why have this obsession with engineering? You have just managed a positive valid score that's all. As per reports majority of candidates who have scored below 50% marks in qualifying exam are not able to complete the course.
However, you have some chance if getting admission in private college in Maharashtra after counselling is over for all MHT CET qualified students.
