Which NIFT colleges can I get with a category merit rank of 589 and 468 general category rank in B.F.Tech?

Firstly, it is common merit rank and not category merit rank. According to last year's cut off, the last rank from a general category to take the seat was rank 88. Unfortunately, your rank is not adequate to get admission in B.F.Tech, NIFT. Though you can try your luck. All the best.
