24000 in JEE Mains is a good rank. You may get top NITs but you have to compromise with branch (like Chemical, Biotech., Mining, Metallurgy, etc.). My obc rank is 23818 and CRL rank is 82028 and my home state is Bihar, please suggest some NIT with ECE branch. Please.

I think approximately you will be able to get admission in all NITs and IIITs in all branches like: CS, civil and electrical. But, the best choice should NIT - Patna. All the best.

24000 is a god rank, with total of 50000 seats in NITs, I think you can get your preferred branch in some or the other NIT, specially the new NITs DVD.
