If your JEE Mains 2024 Common Rank List (CRL) is 104986 and your OBC rank is 33700, you could be able to get into one of the newest National Institutes of Technology (NITs) or one of the older NITs' less competitive areas, like chemical or civil engineering. It may be possible to get into NITs like

Yes, you can get NIT Bhopal, NIT Sikim, NIT Meghalaya, etc, with CRL of 104986 and an OBC rank of 33700 in JEE Mains 2024. But you have to make sure that you have proper documentation of your OBC Category.
