Hi Devraj,
As you have scored 31983 in general list, so, I will suggest you to go for middle and lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. as per your interests and convenience. You will definitely get a seat in these nits, if you participate in the counsell
