Hi, With 150 marks in JEE-Mains, you may expect All India Rank (AIR) between 28001 and 38000. With this rank, you may get in National Institute of Technology, Calicut in Biotechnology branch. You may even try in : -National Institute of Technology, Silchar -Dr. B. R. Ambedkar NIT., Jalandhar -
