Which NIT/IIIT/IIT/Delhi can I get with my respective percentile and rank, both in JEE Mains and advance, with Delhi domicile?

I have 95.4 percentile with 41200 rank under general in Mains and 17200 rank in Advance.

With 17200 rank, it's not possible to get into IIT Delhi for General Category Students. With 41200 rank you can get Mechanical Engineering at NIT Delhi and may get Electrical Engineering by CSAB-2.
