Which NIT is best for B.Tech course among NIT Andhra Pradesh or NIT Srinagar?

<p><strong>NIT Andhra Pradesh</strong>&nbsp;is established in the state of Andhra Pradesh in 2015. The institute offers MS, PhD, BTech, and M.Tech programmes.
