For NIT trichy, the opening and the closing rank is 621 and 748 respectively.
So, you need to get atleast 250/360 in your JEE mains 2018 to get a CSE branch in a good NIT college.
Also, National Institute of Technology Delhi has closing and opening rank as 5426-3931.
For CS, I feel NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, MNNIT ALlahabad, NIT Suratkal are good. NIT Trichy especially has computer club which is really amazing if you want to learn. MNNIT is good as well as there is a computer club started by the students where the senior students teach the juniors on weekend classes.

The closing rank in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli was 1344 last year. JEE-Main 2014 candidates will have to score a rank somewhere around that this year too to ensure good chances of making it into the institution. National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli topped the list of the finest NITs in India last year.
National Institute of Technology (Warangal), Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (Allahabad), and National Institute of Technology (Delhi) had closing ranks 1921, 3411, and 4291 respectively. If you are looking to get a seat in these NIT institutions then you must score ranks around those ran
