Solchar NIT is good one among the options you have listed. -
NIT Agartala is the Second Best after Silchar in NE states. Thus as per my view I would suggest you to go for SILCHAR -NIT is the best in terms of Placement
Infrastructure, Environment. Etc. Thus this purely on my views and as per this factor. -
NIT Silchar is best among all in terms of placement, infrastructure, communication and good academic records. After that NIT Meghalaya is good. One if the oldest in Northeast. It has also good records as Meghalaya also has IIM and is considered as an edu hub of NE.
