Which NIT should my son choose for CSE, Srinagar, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Manipur and Nagaland?

First of all, congratulations on clearing JEE Mains and among these low ranked NITs, I would recommend Sikkim followed by Srinagar, Manipur, Nagaland and Meghalaya.
