Which NIT will I get? I got 103 marks in JEE Mains and passed 12th with 94.55% (PCM).

It depends upon the rank of JEE Mains. 12th mark is just for your eligibility for JEE Mains. Depending upon the rank do check the JOSAA's previous year opening and closing rank to get an idea of which college and which branch you can apply for. About better courses, CSE and IT are presently the best

IT is Information Technology. It is more or less similar to CSE.
