With this rank, you not be able to get CSE in any NIT, but there are some good colleges, mainly GFTI in which you can get CSE:
1. Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology
2. School of Engineering, Tezpur University, Napaam, Tezpur
3. Assam University, Silchar
4. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu & Kashmir
5. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar
These are some colleges in which you can get Computer Science. But if you really want CSE in a NIT, then there is an indirect way also:
Take any branch in the best NIT you are getting, and then work really hard in the first year and then just upgrade your bran...more -

6 years agoIf you belong to general category, then it is very difficult to get CSE in any NIT. But, it will possibly be able to get CSE in spacial round.
