a year agoThese are two very different courses and each has its own value and job prospects.You can study Environment Studies, however the fields of Nutrition is exponentially growing, so it would be better if you take up nutrition and food subjects.Although environment has more prospects for future and less demand at present but Food Science would always be demanding.
