I wud prefer you to go for Btech or B.E. becoz that will provide you a better career option than Diploma.. btech will make u an officer whereas diploma will get u to a worker grade.. choice is yours..:) for any query commnt without hesitation

The difference between diploma and engineering degree is too vast. As a diploma holder, you will become technician and as B.Tech. you will have an officer's career. Fees for diploma is very nominal ( around 5000/-) and fees of B.Tech. varies between 50,000/- to 1.25 Lac per year. For admission to B.

If you are PCM in +2 you will be eligible for B E. You may have to appear for an entrance examination conducted by your state or all over India. For diploma I feel your 10th standard credentials will sucffice.
