This totally depends upon your interest as both are different fields and if you want to clear your doubt then ask yourself and choose what you like the most.

COEP and VJTI are both good colleges and among the top most in Maharashtra. But among the two COEP is the winner. COEP has been ranked one in Maharashtra after the IITs and NITs.
