VJTI is most preferred and favorite amongst students for its excellent 100% placements record and its overall value. KJSCE on other hand has 80% Placements for CS students on average since 2012. Hello,
There is no comparison between VJTI-Mumbai which is the top-most college in India and the KJSCE. VJTI is the government aided autonomous institute while KJSCE comes under Mumbai University and autonomous colleges are always better than any other universities.

VJTI is a brand name. If we carefully analyse the statistics of placement through campus, we may come to the conclusion that VJTI is the best, of course, after IIT-B in Mumbai. Matchable only with COEP. KJSCE is also a good college but VJTI can provide more exposure. It comes under Mumbai University
