    Hey there,
    I will answer this question considering all the major points.
    Cutoffs for ECE usually are high and so the students who get this branch have an in born aptitude for doing well in academics. DTU ECE students are yearly recruited by companies like Qualcomm, SanDisk, TI, Texas, Samsung, ARM, Nvidia, Freescale and many other core electronics companies. If you consider yourself an average student you may get placed (tech/non techs)
    Teachers are friendly. If you play your cards right you can get to know much of what's going to come in the exams. Pick your CR well who can talk well and get things done.
