NIE is always preferred and recommended for following reasons:-
Placements - Many good companies such as Cisco, HP, Akamai, Informatica, Microsoft GTSC, SAP labs, Samsung, Broadcom, etc. have visited our college offering decent packages. So if you are an average student or better, you are bound to get placed. Placement stats for CSE are above 90% mostly.
As far as dream company is concerned, if you dream of Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc., that you have to try off campus as they don't visit our college.
