Which of these is better among BE in CSE from The National Institute of Engineering and BE in CSE from PESIT, Bangalore?

The major highlights while choosing the campus are the infrastructure, campus placement, faculty members, extracurriculars etc. National Institute of Engineering is one of the famous in the engineering sector. The campus has unique teaching methodology and the faculty members are very experienced. Majority of the faculty members are doctorate holders and they excel in their field of education. National Institute of Engineering is offering a course which is always upgraded. PES is another major engineering campus of Karnataka where students from all parts of India are studying altogether. This college has very standard teaching methodology. They give importance for practical education more than theoretical one. The major highlight of this campus is that the placement package of students are very high and is getting increased year by year. The campus is very famous for the infrastructure and new practical oriented study package. So both the campus are good.

NIE is always preferred and recommended for following reasons:- Placements - Many good companies such as Cisco, HP, Akamai, Informatica, Microsoft GTSC, SAP labs, Samsung, Broadcom, etc. have visited our college offering decent packages. So if you are an average student or better, you are bound to get placed. Placement stats for CSE are above 90% mostly. As far as dream company is concerned, if you dream of Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc., that you have to try off campus as they don't visit our college. Placements are decent in NIE. For CS/IS guys, we have Cisco, Microsoft, Intuit, etc recruiting from the campus. Then we have National Instruments too. For mechanical guys, we have Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Bosch, etc. Overall, there is a lot of opportunities for the deserving students. About 90% eligible students got placed. The highest package is given by Microsoft (16 lakhs). Lowest is about 2.5 lakhs. Average package is 5 lakhs. Companies like TCS come with 2 kinds of packages- 4.5 lakhs and 6 lakhs. About 55 companies came this time.
