It depends on you whether you have an interest or like the course of aeronautical engineering or aerospace engineering.
Aeronautical engineering and aerospace engineering are sister branches.
Aeronautical engineering deals with making and maintaining the aircrafts.

MIT and SRM, both are one of the best and top ranked colleges/institutes in India and in terms of aeronautical engineering the best out of these two is the SRM Chennai because its placements is much better than the MIT Manipal. Aerospace Engineering is the primary field of engineering concerned with the development of aircraft and spacecraft. While Aeronautical engineers will be more interested in flight within the atmosphere.
