Hi there, Both the colleges are top private colleges of India, however VIT, Vellore is better than MIT, Manipal in terms of placements. Go for Manipal University (main campus). MIT Manipal is known for its quality education. It has excellent infrastructure and faculties too. VIT University is in top 10 universities / colleges, be it public or private universities or colleges in India and is much better than Manipal Institute of Technology which ranks 35 in India. Now let's see the comparison between the two universities in civil engineering on the basis of some facts:

The first thing you should keep in mind while choosing between VIT and MIT should be which campus you are getting. If it is the main campus i.e. Vellore and Manipal then you can go for either of the two as there isn't much difference between both in terms of placement, campus life and stuff. But if
