Which of these is better: B.Tech in Computer Engineering from CoEP or BE in Computer Engineering from PICT, Pune?
Please share the details on the basis of course outline, faculty, placement and college infrastructure for College of Engineering, Pune and Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune.
COEP and PICT are both good colleges and among the top most in Maharashtra. But among the two COEP is the winner. COEP has been ranked one in Maharashtra after the IITs and NITs. According to MHRD rankings COEP is ranked 24th while VJTI is not even in the top hundred in the list. Even though PICT was founded specially for degree courses related to computer science it still lags behind COEP. COEP has better facilities and is more trusted among the recruiters than PICT. COEP also has better placements and packages as compared to PICT. Last time average package was around 7-8 LPA for CSE department in COEP. What I have learnt from staying
