Let us face the reality here, when you step in south there are only a handful good engineering colleges in south India, those being IIT MADRAS, TRICHY, ANNA University, VIT, SRM, and a few more. If you happen to land up in any other college then first of all you lack exposure as there colleges have students from all regions of India. Also, if you plan to go abroad for further qualifications these colleges happen to make your job a lot easier because of their collaborations with many international universities.
