7 years agoIIT-Bombay is better for B.Tech in CSE than IIT-Kanpur, because IIT-Bombay provides good infrastructure, good course curriculum, good CSE faculty members and good computer labs. -
Although both IIT, Bombay and IIT, Kanpur carry the prestigious IIT tag, I would definitely go for IIT, Bombay. IIT Bombay has a very good brand value and you will get more benefits from that. However, you can take into account the proximity from your home as a factor. But in case that is not an issue, go for Bombay. The exposure of a metropolitan city will also be beneficial for you and will help in your overall personality development which will further help you in interviews and in life in general. All the best for your future.
