Course, syllabus, and curriculum followed by both the colleges are same in computer science engineering. But according to me, IIT-Bombay is a much better college than IIT Kharagpur for computer science engineering branch.
There is not much of comparison between the colleges of IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur on the basis of infrastructure, facilities and faculty.
