Hi there, Both are the top-notch colleges for CSE, but for being an IIT, I will favor IIT-KGP as it is much better. CSE from IIT-Kharagpur is better as compared to BITS as it stands among top 3 colleges in India as per the latest government rankings framework. Even it will be cheaper as compared to BITS.
