Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology or B.Tech in CSE from JSSATE, Noida?

You can opt for JSSATE, Noida for CSE in B.Tech, because it has good placements and good academic background with good faculty. So, you can opt this college than the other.

Go for JSS, because it is the best college in NCR, because of studies and placement. All the best for your bright future.

We are comparing two completely different type of universities here: Jaypee Institute of Information Technology or basically Jaypee, Sector-62 is an autonomous university which gives its students the freedom to select their own electives or what subjects they wish to study. While at the same time, JSSATE-Noida is among the topmost colleges under AKTU authority or the best college under UPTU. I would now state the pros and cons of both the colleges. JAYPEE Sector-62 is known to provide its students with many placements in dream companies. Reputable companies visit the campus during the placement season of the college. While placements are just decent. At JSSATE, you need to pay a lot less than what you will have to pay in Jaypee. The quality of students in both the colleges is almost equivalent. Jaypee Sector-62 has been blacklisted for some internal reason which, although, didn't harm the reputation of the college so far. I hope that you would make the right choice. Cheers.

Both colleges are at par with each other. Jaypee is a deemed one but JSS is affiliated to UPTU. Following is description on JSS: JSSATEN comes in one of the top private colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The admission to the college is done through UP-SEE exam rankings. CSE is offered to those who have good ranks UP-SEE exam. The course curriculum is modern and updated as per current trends. The faculty is good too. In terms of placements companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Adobe, Kronos, etc. have come in the past and have offered good packages ranging from 4 to 8 lakhs. The location of JSS is at the prime location of Noida, lot of IT companies are around the college campus. Campus is spread at 1 km long stretch with all kind of lab facilities and there is Software Technology Park inside the campus too. Library is fully air conditioned and offer a wide variety of books. There is proper sports field for enjoying physical activities along with indoor badminton courts and TT tables. Along with these Zealicon, the annual techno-cultural festival takes place each year for showcasing students’ talent, where there is lot of participation from NCR colleges. JSS is near to MADE EASY Coaching Centre for those who wish to prepare for GATE, PSUs and IES.

According to me, I think B.Tech in CSE from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is much better than B.Tech in CSE from JSSATE, Noida. Course outline-JIIT is a private university which follows its own curriculum. Whereas, JSSATE is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam University of Technology and follows UPTE course curriculum. Infrastructure- Five academic blocks are there in JSS College which are divided into different departments. Also, it has a fully air-conditioned library and 500 students can easily be seated simultaneously. Wi-Fi facility is available on the whole campus but only on laptops. JIIT: Despite being small. The classrooms are spacious and airy and the labs are well-equipped. The library is just great in all aspects. Hostel rooms are decently maintained. The Wi-Fi speed is good. The mess food can be a trouble to many but is pretty good when compared to other universities. Faculty members in both of the colleges are just the same as some of the teachers are really great and help the students and are very interactive, but others are just average as they have the knowledge but doesn't share much with students. Placements- JSSATE: The average package for CSE branch in this college is about 4,00,000 rupees per annum. The highest package for CSE branch student is about 15,00,000 rupees per annum. In JIIT: The average package for CSE branch in this college is about 5.5 LPA. The highest package for CSE branch student is about 24 LPA. Hope it helps.

Both are really good programs, if you want to spend less, better option will be JSSATE Noida. If finance is not an issue go for Jaypee. Placement will be more or less same because there is campus pool drive in which both colleges participate. Even almost same companies recruit from both these colleges. But I think Jaypee is little on the upper side because it is deemed university where as JSSATEN is under AKTU(formerly known as UPTU). And UPTU is not topped rank university but Jaypee have some standing in India as deemed university. Both JSSATE and Jaypee Institute of Information Technology are located in Noida Sec-62, so more or less same kind of surrounding and crowd you are going to encounter. Other difference is that you will find mostly UP janta here in JSS Noida but in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology you can come across people from different states of India. So I can say you will meet more diverse people in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. I hope this answer will help you. Good luck!
