Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from Lovely Professional University or BE in CSE from Chandigarh University (CU)?

Hello! I would say a Big YES for B.Tech CSE from LPU. Being an LPU Alumni, I can say it with utmost pride that choosing LPU as my academic partner was one of my best decision. I have done my Engineering from Lovely Professional University. I has a wonderful experience at LPU and was one of those who has received multiple placement packages. I choose HCL as my final decision, and today its been 4 years I am working with HCL and have received many promotions and hike as well. LPU provides a good platform for placements for all streams. LPU students have been successful to get a the highest package of 28 Lacs per annum from Amazon. The brand name of LPU has really strengthen year after year because of its well reputed faculty and a good placement record over the years. Over the years, major national as well as international brands like Cognizant, IBM, Flipkart, LG India, SAP have visited LPU campus for placing its students. Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. Being a student of LPU, I think I can provide you with an honest opinion. Though I'm not pursuing my B.Tech CSE, I do have my friends who are pursuing the same. Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. From Google to Microsoft to Apple, Computer Science students of LPU are working with hundreds of leading IT giants of the world. I think that you should go with LPU. The placement of LPU is very good.600+ companies visit the campus every year and almost 90% of the students got placed. Last year a girl placed in microsoft with a package of 42 LPA. The placement staff of LPU works very hard for bringing the company in the camp. LPU also have tie ups with foreign university that will help student to place in foreign universities. LPU campus is so lovely. The whole campus is under cctv. So no issue of security problems. Hostels are well maintained. Food is good for health. LPU also provide a sports ground with very experienced coach. The university is having a university-hospital which is free of cost for the students. Ambulance service is free for 24 hrs. Wi-Fi facility in all the hostels. Smart classroom. Whole university is online so you can do anything from your mobile. There is no compensation in studies, whenever a teacher on leave then the makeup classes will be arranged for the teacher. There are restriction on teachers also, they also have to take permission for late night entry. Apart from this, LPU also have clubs which will help you to enlighten your talent whether it is in singing, anchoring, acting, dancing or any other. You will get to know about diversity in India. Foreigners also live in LPU that will help you know about there culture. So BEST OF LUCK!
