Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from MIT Manipal or BE in CSE from PES, Bangalore?

    PESU or PES South Campus which ever you are getting reasons, comparatively.
    1. Officially, First Batch of PESU in 2018 have average placement of above 12lpa, officially is necessary because there are stories but I wouldn't hide if my college placements where good from my college website
    2. It's Bangalore, Silicon Valley of India and the advancement and opportunities you get here is unparalleled

    Starting from the rankings, Manipal Institute of Technology is above PES, Bangalore. Also, Manipal Institute of Technology has been ranked in top 1000 engineering colleges all over the world by QS world rankings i.e., it is the only private engineering college of India to reach this landmark.
    From academics point of view, the college is provided with hardcore facilities of specific subjects, mostly doctorates from IITs.     There are large number of campuses which offer quality education in our country. The above-mentioned are exceptionally well in the curriculum. The culture and education methodology of both campuses are very modern PES is one of the famous colleges in the IT capital of our country.     Hello, as far as the placements are concerned, around 40-50% of the 2015-16 batch at PES University who appeared for the placement process managed to get a Tier-1 job with the highest offers being somewhere around Rs 16 lakhs to Rs 17 lakhs and the mean salary was somewhere around Rs 6.5 lakhs to Rs 7.5 lakhs.
    In case of Manipal University, CSE and IT branches are eligible for approximately 90% of the companies (around 80-90) that visit Manipal campus. Few of the top recruiters are:-

    PES-Bangalore is among the top 3 colleges in Bangalore among colleges under COMEDK authority while Manipal University is off the charts of the list of the top private colleges in India.
    Now, I would list you the advantages that you will get for taking admission at PES University over Manipal University:
    1. More number of core companies visit the campus then in comparison to MIT University with the total batch placement in core company being around 35% which is much better in comparison to 7% to 8% for Manipal University.
    2. The intake of students in Manipal University is a lot more than the intake of students in the PES.
