Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from NIT Trichy or B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT, Warangal?

NIT-Trichy is ranked 11 according to the MHRD rankings while NIT-Warangal is ranked at 34. But the question asked bothers me more. We can't compare two different branches in different colleges. Actually comparing different branches from the same college is also not a good idea. Branch is not a thing

Both the colleges are equally good in terms of faculties, infrastructure and exposure. I think National Institute of Technology-Trichy has a better placement record than NIT-Warangal.
