Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from NIT Trichy or B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT, Warangal?

NIT-Trichy is ranked 11 according to the MHRD rankings while NIT-Warangal is ranked at 34. But the question asked bothers me more. We can't compare two different branches in different colleges.
