Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from NIT, Warangal or B.Tech in CSE from NITK, Surathkal?

NIT-Surathkal is better placed with NIRF ranking of 22 as against rank 34 for NIT Warangal.

However, it's quite tough to say because both the NITs are top NITs, but somehow NIT Warangal is ranked lower in terms of placements on the basis of a number of offers and average package.
