Vellore Institute of Technology University is located in Vellore and Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. Hi there, Both the colleges are top private colleges of India, however VIT, Vellore is better than MIT Manipal. Go for Manipal University (main campus). MIT Manipal is known for its quality education. It has excellent infrastructure and faculties too. It is in top 50 ranks by National Institution ranking framework among the Indian Engineering colleges. Manipal has almost 100 percent placement for the computer

Every time I talk about MIT Manipal, I talk about the main campus only not including Jaipur Campus or Sikkim Campus. The first thing you should keep in mind while choosing between VIT and MIT should be which campus you are getting. If it is the main campus, i.e. Vellore and Manipal then you can go for either of the two as there isn't much difference between both in terms of placement, campus life and stuff. But if
